Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every US order (3–7 business days after shipping); Express is $15 (1–3 business days). Orders leave our Oregon farm within 1–2 business days. We ship with UPS to street addresses in all 50 states and D.C. We can't deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery: we email you a prepaid label and send your new size as soon as your original item is back with us.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a $10 return fee that covers the prepaid label. Every return and exchange, whatever the fabric or fit, must come back in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of spots and marks, with all labels and tags still attached — so please keep the tags on until you are sure.
